These are an extra set of A B C modules used with the 360 NandFlasher, for those that don’t want to remove the A B C modules from the console after flashing, you can buy an extra set of the A B C modules to leave in the console, note the 360 NandFlasher comes with one set of A B C modules, so if you bought one and are only planning to use it on the one console you won’t need an extra set, but if you have more than one console and don’t wish to remove the modules these extra sets are what you will need. Note there is no real need to leave the A B C modules in the consoles, they are designed to be removed and the Diodes used to achieve the same result as leaving the C board in, but if you really want to leave the boards in place, buy one of these extra sets of A B C modules.
