are dedicated to supplying the best quality upgrades, accessories and repair
components for all consoles. Our mission is to give you a good selection of
parts that are needed most, and supply competitive pricing. We will also
endeavour to stock the latest parts and upgrades. Please note for Australian
customers that all prices listed on the site are Ex-GST, this is because we are
a wholesale site and also do a lot of export, international customers will not
be charged GST.
Here at
ModSupplier.Com believe that competitive pricing is important, but also just as
important is to backup that with exceptional service. You will find when buying
from us that email turnaround times are within 24hrs, any faulty products
received will be dealt with in a swift manor, and orders are processed within
24hrs of them being received. We know there is nothing worse then being unlucky
enough to receive a faulty product and then having a company not take care of it
quickly. Any warranty claims are dealt with top priority, as we know this is an
important part of a complete service. We also offer live online support Monday
to Friday as well as telephone support Monday to Saturday.

Credit Card Payments
We have a
merchant facility with one of the country’s largest banks, so we are able to
process Credit & Debit cards directly in a secure environment, our checkout
process is protected with a 256-bit SSL certificate, all card information is
passed to the database while in a session secured by SSL and is then encrypted
in the database awaiting processing, card information is removed from the
database once the payment has been processed for a higher level of security, we
do not store or hold on to card information after the payment has been
processed, this type of system is one of the most safe & secure for online
shopping and meets the requirements of banks to be a merchant. |

Paymate
Payments
For those a
little cautious about using their credit cards with stores directly online, we
also offer an alternative option of using a 3rd party credit card gateway called
Paymate, at checkout if you select Paymate as your form of payment the site will
navigate to Paymates site to make the secure payment with them and then return
you to the site to confirm the order. Do note that Paymate payments are not
always straight through payments, you may need to allow 24hrs to 48hrs for the
payment to be assessed and approved by Paymate. |

Bank Deposit / Transfer
Payments
For those
without a credit or debit card, we accept payments directly into our bank
account with Westpac, these can be done either online with internet banking or
at a local branch, note for international customers if you wish to use this form
of payment you will need to talk to your bank about doing an international bank
draft also referred to as a telegraphic transfer, they will charge a fee for
this service. |

Cash On Delivery
Payments
Last but not
least for Australian customers that maybe nervous about shopping online, we
accept orders using the Australia Post COD service, this service means you don't
pay anything until the order has been delivered to your local post office, once
it arrives they will send you a notice to come and pay and collect the order,
note that AusPost will charge a $10.20 fee for this service on top of our
