and comments, "Content", on products featured on the Site. By submitting such
Content, you automatically agree, or promise that all content is accurate and
original and that, without any particular time limit, and without the payment of
any fees, ModSupplier and anyone ModSupplier permits may reproduce, display,
distribute and create new works of authorship in any media, based on and
including the Content. Additionally, you grant ModSupplier the right to use
the name you submit in connection with such Content.
No Endorsement of User Content. Users to this Site are
prohibited from posting through this Site any harmful, vulgar, obscene, profane,
sexually explicit, abusive, threatening, privacy invading, libelous, racially,
ethnically, or otherwise objectionable or unlawful content of any kind, or that
infringes or may infringe on the intellectual or other rights of another. You
acknowledge that ModSupplier does not endorse or pre-screen content, but that
ModSupplier and its designees will have the right (but not the obligation) in
their sole discretion to refuse, edit, move or remove any content that is
available via this Site.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product price is listed incorrectly due to typographical error
or error in pricing information received from our vendors, ModSupplier shall
have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the
incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your
credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the
purchase and your order is canceled, ModSupplier will immediately credit your
credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Order Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not
signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our
offer to sell. ModSupplier reserves the right at any time after receipt of your
order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require
additional verification or information before accepting any order.

ModSupplier Site contains information, advice, text, and other materials that
are provided for your convenience and enjoyment. You should be aware that the
information might contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or outdated
information. ModSupplier makes no representations or warranties as to the
completeness, accuracy, adequacy, currency, or reliability of any information
and shall not be liable for any lack of the foregoing. Descriptions of, or
references to, products within this Site does not imply endorsement of that

Customer Reviews
The customer reviews section on our site is specifically for reviews of a
functioning products performance or functions, while it may include information
on a customer’s service experience with us its primary use is for reviewing a
products function or performance. To leave a review on a product you must have
had the product working, we do not allow reviews for products that may have been
DOA, by all means if you received a faulty product and once replaced and it’s
working in your review you are able to add the first unit you received was DOA
but the second is working and your thoughts on the product when it was
functioning is fine, but leaving negative reviews on a product because it was
DOA is not allowed. The products review section is not a message board and is
not to be used for support requests, these need to be emailed. All other uses
for the product reviews section such as complaints about delays on pre-order
products are also not accepted. We reserve the right to remove any customer
reviews that do not adhere to the rules above. |
