Well another Nintendo DS card has hit the market and this time with a real bang. We a proud to introduce the DSTT or also known as TTDS card for Nintendo DS consoles. Why we are excited about the DSTT is firstly because of its price, which is lower then the current top of the line DS cards, but boasts features like that of Supercard & Cyclo. The DSTT / TTDS supports the latest MicroSDHC memory, which means you can use memory cards right up to the huge size of 8GB. This is something no other card has done in this price range, cards supporting MicroSDHC are anywhere from $10 to $15 more at this stage. Another great feature of the DSTT / TTDS is that is has built in Action Reply support, another feature until now has only been in the more expensive DS cards. The build quality and packaging for the DSTT is also not to bad, we expect faulty rates to be very low as our latest stocks are using a high cost Acetel processor instead of the un-packed IC's found in most DSTT cards on the market.

We honestly believe the DSTT will give all the other cards a good run for their money and having features like MicroSDHC support and built in Action Replay for the price is just amazing. The only thing we are waiting to see now is if DSTT team have as regular firmware updates as the R.4 & Cyclo guys do. But we have a feeling that they will and also keep up with what the other teams are doing. With the DSTT / TTDS you can also customize the skin of the interface like the new M3 can. What was a big surprise for us also was the loading speed of the DSTT, it is safe to say that the DSTT has some of the fastest loading times out of any of the DS cards, something we believe they are quite proud of.

The other really interesting thing about the DSTT is that they also have a pack the same as M3 DS Real, which comes with the GBA slot 2 cart and also the rumble pack, this makes us think that these guys are not stuffing around and will be decent competition to the other teams out there. At this stage we are only stocking just the DSTT / TTDS card itself, but expect us to have the complete DSTT package with the GBA slot-2 & rumble pack around the end of Jan. If you’re looking for a feature packed card around the same price as the R4, you really can’t go past the DSTT at this stage, and we believe this baby is a real winner in the DS flash card department.
