Here you can order our iPhone 4 Glass Digitizer & LCD repair service for either a Black or White iPhone 4. For customers in Brisbane you have the option to drop off, or for customers outside of Brisbane you can arrange to mail the phone into us for the repair. We have a checkbox at the bottom of this page where you can select how you wish to get the phone into us for the repair. Unfortunately with the iPhone 4 they have machine glued the LCD screens to the digitizer and frame, what this means is if you have dropped your phone and only the digitizer glass has broken but your LCD is still working you still need to replace the LCD screen as it’s not possible to replace the digitizer alone with the iPhone 4. This isn’t to bad because the price of the iPhone 4 digitizer’s with LCD’s isn’t to much more than a digitizer part alone so the price isn’t to expensive in the end.

Our iPhone 4 Glass Digitizer & LCD Repair Service comes with a 6-month parts and labour warranty, if the digitizer or LCD fails at any stage in the first 6-months we will repair it again free of charge, you will need to cover the return postage costs, but with saying that our digitizer & LCD units are high quality and you should get years of use out of the iPhone once our digitizer & LCD replacement service has been carried out.

2. Here is an example photo of an iPhone 4 with a cracked glass and broken digitizer. Notice in this photo the LCD screen is still working, as we mentioned above even if your iPhone 4 only has the broken glass you will still need to get us to replace not only the digitizer glass but the LCD screen as well. Once again this is because Apple machine glued the LCD screens to the frame and digitizers on the 4 models unlike the older 3G & 3GS models, so the part we use for this repair is a digitizer, frame and LCD machine glued to them both. For those that have the cracked glass but also the LCD screen is displaying artefacts or not displaying at all this service has you covered as we will be replacing both the digitizer and LCD for you. |

Below Is Our Procedure To Order Our iPhone 4 Digitizer & LCD Repair Service

1. Sign up for an account on our site if you don’t already have one & add this service to cart, make sure before you add the service to cart you select the delivery to us option, if you are in Brisbane and you wish to drop the phone off select the Drop Off Brisbane option, or if you are outside of Brisbane and wish to mail it in select the Mail It In checkbox. Once you have chosen how you will get the phone to us and which colour iPhone 4 you have either Black or White add to cart and continue to checkout.

2. At payment page select Bank Deposit, you won’t pay upfront for our service, we will call you once your iPhone has been repaired and you can either pay over the phone with a credit card or bank deposit.
3. Checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email and our staff will be in contact the same business day to notify you where to send your iPhone.
4. You will receive the email from our staff advising the address you need to ship your iPhone 4 to, they will also notify you of what needs to be sent, just the iPhone itself and no charger for example & also some tips on safe postage. Once you have all those details confirmed you can go ahead and drop the phone off if you
are in Brisbane or mail your iPhone into to us.
5. You will receive a call from us once your iPhone has been repaired to take payment and to let you know when to expect it back, the repair service can be done quite quickly and will be completed within 24hrs of your phone being received.
6. You receive your iPhone 4 back at your door by either DHL or TNT courier and it’s time to start talking again.
