We have same day dispatch for credit card orders placed before 4pm Mon - Fri.
Orders that are shipped within Australia have two shipping methods to choose from.

1. Express Post Overnight This service is a next day delivery to 95% of Australia, all credit card orders and bank deposit orders are sent using this method of shipping. Note this is a once off flat rate and is not per product. $7.00 Ex GST
2. COD which takes up to 4 - 7 working days When you order using our COD payment method, your order is sent out using the Aus Post Cash On Delivery service, this is a road service which will take on average five working days to arrive. You will receive a notice in the mail to collect and pay for your order at the local post office. $7.00 Ex GST + COD Fee
Same Day Dispatch Available: We have guaranteed same day dispatch for all credit card orders placed Monday to Friday before 4pm. So it's possible to have an order in your hands within 24hrs of placing it on our site.

Orders that are shipped outside Australia have two shipping methods to choose from.

1. Air Mail (Registered To USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, NZ) This service will take 12 - 16 working days worldwide, we have a registered service for residents of the USA, Canada, UK & Ireland which has a basic form of tracking and we can provide the tracking details upon request. $8.00AUD | $7.40USD | €5.40EUR | £4.80GBP
2. DHL Express Courier This shipping method has full tracking to your door and takes 3 - 5 working days to arrive world wide. Once an order has been processed and sent, DHL will email you directly a tracking number for your order. $25.50AUD | $23.45USD | €16.10EUR | £14.80GBP

- Warranty Claims -

All the products listed on our site come with a 6-month replacement warranty unless specified otherwise, we handle all warranty claims directly and do not pass you over to the maker of the product to handle faulty returns. If your product becomes faulty in the first 6-months of your purchase, you just need to send an email to us with your order number describing the problem, we will then email you back returns info. Once we have received the suspected faulty product back, we can examine it and if found faulty will be replaced with a brand new one and shipped back to you using the same method of shipping that was used to send the item to you in the first place. All faulty claims are handled with top priority, the faster you return the item to us the quicker you will receive a replacement.

- Returns Policy -

We have a fairly consumer friendly policy when it comes to products bought and then found out to be the wrong item. Customers are free to return any product that was incorrectly ordered within the first 30-days of purchase, of course the product must be in its original packaging and un-used, we also can only refund for the cost of the product and not the shipping costs involved in sending it to you, also you will be responsible for making sure the item is returned safely to us, if you use a non registered mail service and the item does not arrive, we are not liable for this, so the rule is if you are going to return something for a refund make sure to use a shipping method that is registered, this way you know your return will make it to us safely for your refund.
