Sorry to hear the card became faulty on your mate, I am afraid with any electrical products even the very best it’s possible for the devices to fail, it usually happens within the first few weeks of use if it’s going to, the good news is the Supercard is the only card we sell that comes with an extended 1-year manufactures guarantee, all the other cards have a 6-month warranty, so you are able to get that card replaced.
Your first point of contact was this review on the site, we have not received any email communication from you regarding this matter, when you do get a problem with a product or need to return it, it’s always best to email us directly, as the review system is not a support ticket system. ive had my super card for just under half a year and all of a suddden it just stopped working without warning and now i cant do anything withit its useless.ive tried everything i can think of but all it does is get to the first loading sceen while starting up and stops it freezs and not happy at all
