The Aladdin Super Live is the latest in the evolution of the Aladdin range of chips. This is basically the replacement for the Aladdin XT range of chips. The Aladdin Super Live is now using a more advanced Latice chip which deals with heat issues and also stability in the 1.6 & 1.6b Xbox's. The biggest advantage of the Aladdin Super Live is its new found stability on 1.6 consoles, thanks to the Latice chip upgrade and some core code improvements, the Aladdin range has never been better. It's safe to say now that the Aladdin Super Live is competition for the DuoX range. If you don't need two bios banks, the Aladdin might be the chip for you.
Aladdin Super Live is compatible with all Xbox consoles to date, from 1.0 to 1.6b. It comes with an LED the same as DuoX 2 so you can see when the chip is active. The Aladdin Super Live is great for those installers who do many consoles at a time and are looking for the best priced chip.
