The Xecuter CoolRunner CPU reset cleaner addon board is used to help clean up the signal on the CPU RST line going from the CoolRunner to the Xbox 360 mother board. Those familiar with doing RGH 1 & 2 installs know that some consoles you can significantly decrease boot times by running the CPU RST wire through various capacitor and resistor combinations.
